PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single purpose freezer system for frozen noodles enabling safety operation at high efficiency without trouble by connecting the freezer system to the flow after a cool water treatment of boiled noodle. SOLUTION: This single purpose freezer system for frozen noodles is constituted by connecting reciprocal circuit 41 consisting of an outward way 17 and a backward way 18, forming traveling way of a conveyed body storing and conveying a lump of the noodle, to a noodle ball-charging conveyer 50a in a boiled noodle-producing line through a weighing space 10a and arranging a classifying and weighing device 10, a noodle-leveling device 11, a horizontal multistep freezing device 12, a noodle-removing device 22a, and a noodle removal-missed tray-treating device 22b installed in order from the starting terminal part 17d of the outward way 17 of the circuit 41 to the downstream, and disposing a washing and draining device 24 at the terminal part 18a of the backward way 18. |
