PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize labor saving in construction scheduling and improve the quality of the contents of construction scheduling. SOLUTION: Period of time of execution in construction work is divided into a number of unit terms each being shorter than one day (1/2 day in the diagram), the number of workers required in various kinds of work is calculated for each period and tabulated for each kind of job and, for each period, the block expressing the work by one worker within the single period is laminated to a number same as the number of the workers required for a particular kind of job, and each block is color-indicated in response to the kind of work performed by the individual worker. The number of workers required for each kind of job can be easily leveled by shifting on a progress diagram and the construction scheduling can be automatically changed by interlocking with the changes in the number of workers required. Also, by referring to the progress diagram, the arrangement for workers and the job instructions for individual worker can be made much easier. |
