PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting side rack panels in a display rack, the structure having a small number of part items, being structurally simple and easy to assemble, and allowing a reduction in manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: Longitudinally oriented brackets 17, 17 are mounted at equal heights in locking holes 9 in a post 3 and a mating part 24 having a complementary shape to the outer part of the post 3 and having an abutting surface 24a which abuts against the outer surface of the post 3 is formed at approximately the longitudinal center of the post 3 side end face of a side rack panel 16. A mating groove 26 which fits over the bracket 17 from above is formed in the lower surface of the post 3 side end of the side rack panel 16, and reinforcing members 27, 27 extending radially from a post 3 side edge to an opposite edge are secured to the lower surface of the side rack panel 16.
