PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively relax an impact force when the impact force is imparted from a vehicle body side to a seated person through a seat, to keep a sense of unity with vehicle well and to maintain a comfortability to ride on the vehicle well. SOLUTION: A super-absorptive elastic body 21 is disposed in the inside of a seat 5. A storage modulus of elasticity of the super-absorptive elastic body 21 is made smaller than that of a pad 13 constituting the inside of the seat 5 and a loss modulus of elasticity of the super-absorptive elastic body 21 is made larger than that of the pad 13. A general elastic body 22 is disposed so as to horizontally arrange it with the super-absorptive elastic body 21 in the inside of the seat 5. When independent external forces are applied such that shrinkage quantities of a presumed pad having outer shape coincident with an outer shape dimension of the general elastic body 22 and having the same material as the pad 13 are the same, the external force to the general elastic body 22 becomes larger.
