PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a cure of a seal material, and enable a construction period to be shortened by clogging the inlet of an anchor hole by interposing a seal member, a press plate, and a press pipe therebetween. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 2 having a reaction force spring against drawing force secured at its distal end is inserted in a bored anchor hole 1. Next, an inlet 1b of the anchor hole is clogged by fitting a seal tape 13, a press plate 10 and press pipe 11 formed with an anchor bolt 2 insertion hole, an injection pipe 3 insertion hole in the anchor bolt 2 to subsequently be tightened by a nut 2. Following this, a resin is injected therein via the injection pipe 3; then air bleeding is executed by an air bleeding pipe 4. After hardening of the resin, the nut 12, press pipe 11, press plate 10, and the seal tape 13 are removed therefrom. As a result, a seal material cure by a resin in a conventional manner becomes unnecessary, so that the construction period of time can be shortened.
