PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device consisting of a hose furnished with a connector excellent in compatibility with a faucet and a winding device convenient for winding of the hose. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a hose 30, a connector 40 for connection with a faucet connected to two ends of the hose 30, a nozzle 5 for a fountain, an upper winding means 60, a lower winding means 70, a fastening ring 80 and an elastic belt 90, a projected drawing blade is formed on two side end parts of the hose 30, the hose 30 and the connector 40 are firmly connected to each other as a drawing blade 33 is strongly covered with and held by two semi-circular holding plates provided inside of the connector 40, the upper winding means 60 and the lower winding means 70 are connected to each other by the elastic belt 90, these upper and lower winding means 60, 70 respectively have two pieces of roughly T shaped opposed holding frame plates, and the hose is wound up in a recessed space held by the two holding frame plates.
