PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier separating hazardous substances (for example, an organic chlorine compound) and an iron component contained in a tap water and refining a purified water. SOLUTION: A pneumatic pump 11 for blowing compressed air into a closed container 1 with an opening of a container body 2 storing water closed by a cap 3 is set on the container 1, and a liquid in the container 1 is pressurized to precipitate suspend matters in a tap water stored in the closed container 1 in a short time. Also a magnet 21 is fitted on the bottom of the closed container 1 to suction-remove an iron component in the tap water in a short time.
