PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net supporting column with a mooring arrangement capable of fastening a net by pulling a net suspending rope with as half force as usual. SOLUTION: A hook 4 and a rope clamping fitting 5 are respectively fixed to and under one side of a net supporting column 1 consisting a preset length of rod body having a guide groove 3 for a net suspending rope 16 at the head end. A hooking tool 8 is movably inserted to a rope 7 with one end joined to the hook 4. The hooking tool 8 is hooked to an annular portion 17 formed at the end of the net suspending rope 16 for locking and fixing the rope 7 at its other end tightened downward and pushed and clamped in the valley open groove of the rope claming fitting 5. The hooking tool 8 thus operates as a running block.
