PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table with side table which is remarkably improved in portability and convenience by increasing the table area without increasing housing capacity. SOLUTION: Concerning the folding table 1 which can be folded together on the rear side, a plate-shaped side table 8 is housed and arranged between rear sides 3 of top parts 2 folded together, one side 8f of a side table 8 is supported between two leg parts 11 arranged at the edge parts of the top 2 on an opposite side 7b of a dividing edge part 7 or one side of the side table 8 is attached through a hinge to a band edge part 6 on the opposite side 7b and supported so as to be turned outside almost at 180 deg., and a horizontal keeping means 9 after outside turning is provided. In this case, an auxiliary leg 10 is attached to the side table 8 as needed.
