PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a governor case by reducing a width directional dimension of the governor case. SOLUTION: A first governor lever of a govenor lever 2 arranged in a governor case 1 and a control rack 6 of a fuel injection pump 5 are connected by a lever connecting tool 4. In the lever connecting tool 4, the inner side part 14 approaches the governor lever 2 side by bending the part 14 positioned in the governor case 1 to the governor lever 2 side to reduce a width directional dimension of the governor case 1.
