PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat and flame blown outdoors from moving to the upper floor from a balcony when a fire breaks out on the lower floor. SOLUTION: A floor board 11 is installed on a support board 40 provided in the range surrounded by a front girder 5, a side wall 2 and a gable girder to form this balcony. A receiving piece is provided at the upper edge of a building side plate section erected from the bottom board section of the front girder 5, a locking piece is provided at the upper edge of an outside plate section, a water inflow port is formed between the receiving piece and the locking piece, and a drain space is formed in it. The inclined lower end side of the support board 40 is faced to the water inflow port, the floor board 11 made of lightweight concrete is installed on the support board 40, and a fireproof ceiling board 50 is fixed at an interval below the floor board 11 to cover the lower area of the floor board 11.
