PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hydraulic hoses arranged on a side surface of right and left side surfaces of a base boom so as to move from a back surface of the base boom from being brought into slide contact with a corner part of the base boom. SOLUTION: An inside caver body 23 and an outside cover body 24 are attached on a tip end part of a base boom 7 to form a piping protecting cover means 27 having a piping through inlet 25 and a piping through outlet 26, and a piping holding means 28 is attached on a side of the piping through inlet 25. Hydraulic hoses 21 arranged on a back surface 7a of the back surface are passed from the piping through inlet 25 through the piping through outlet 26 to arrange on a side surface 7b of right and left side surfaces of the base boom 7 so as to move. Parts wherein hydraulic hoses 21 are exceeded a corner part 7c are held by the piping holding means 28 to prevent from being brought into slide contact with the corner part 7c.
