PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily index a pallet arranged in a work side region to an arbitrary angle position. SOLUTION: A pallet support mechanism 2 which is provided in a work side region and supports a pallet 91 and a pallet change mechanism changing the pallet 91 in the work side region with a pallet 91 in a machining side region are provided. The pallet support mechanism 2 is constituted by a support base 3 on which the pallet 91 is mounted to support it, a base 4 supporting the support base 3 so as to rotate freely and horizontally, a drive means 10 driving the support base 3 to rotate it horizontally, an angle detection means 6 detecting an angle position of the support base 3, and a control means 20 controlling the operation of the drive means 10 so that the support base 3 is at a predetermined angle position based on angle data of the support base 3 detected by the angle detection means 6. Consequently, it is possible to index the pallet 91 supported on the support base 3 to an arbitrary angle position automatically and speedily.
