PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply supply solid oil by heating a supply tank for storing a cooking solid oil for supply to liquefy the cooking solid oil, and providing a supply path for supplying the oil from the supply tank to an oil vessel. SOLUTION: This oil supply device 60 is provided with a main tank 62 disposed on the upper side of the back of a frier 1 for storing solid oil required for supply for one day. The inner wall of the main tank 62 is coated with fluorine. A sheathed heater 80 is provided on the base of the main tank 62, thereby heating oil in the main tank to be liquefied. A small supply pipe with a small inner diameter is provided in the rear of the main tank 62, and the supply pipe 64 is provided with a ball valve 66 for opening and closing the supply pipe 64 disposed with a lever 66a close to the main tank 62. When the lever 66a is turned downward by manual operation to open the ball valve 66, liquid oil in the main tank 62 is supplied through an oil tank 10 of the frier 1.
