PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent struts on a front side whose upper end parts are not connected to each other from tilting intoward, by respectively closely-arranging and connecting the opposed side surfaces of intermediate racks fixed to the mutually opposed side surfaces of a pair of the adjacent struts whose upper end parts are not connected with each other. SOLUTION: A rack receiving main body 8 is integrally provided with a rack supporting part projected backward from the lower half part of its rear side surface, and its length is set to be nearly equal to a size between the inner side surfaces 12a of a pair of the front-side adjacent struts 12 whose upper end parts are not connected with each other. Namely, it is set to be nearly equal to a size between the outer surfaces 91a of the substrate 91 of a bracket 9. Then, a rack receiver 71 is inserted between the front-side struts 12 from their front side and hook pawls 62 are respectively inserted to upper/lower hook holes 61, which open at the front side surfaces 12b of each strut 12 and insert one hook hole between them, and dropped in. Thus, the outer surface 91a of the substrate 91 constituting each bracket 9 is connected or arranged closely to the surfaces 12a of the struts 12.
