PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of chair which facilitates disassembly and component exchange and enables separate disposal for every material. SOLUTION: This chair has a seat frame, plural leg members 12 arranged on the seat frame, upper cover cloth 13 formed into bag while opening a lower end so as to cover the upper surface and peripheral side surface of the seat frame, and a cushion member 14 for seat part interposed between the seat frame and the upper cover cloth. The cushion member for seat part 4 is formed into a bag so as to cover the upper surface and peripheral side face of the seat frame between the seat frame and the upper cover cloth, a string passing part 13a extended along a peripheral edge is formed at the lower end opening part of the upper cover cloth, and plural slits 13b engaged with respective leg parts are formed. By sufficiently fastening and tying a string 24 passed through the string passing part at the lower end opening part of the upper cover cloth inside the leg parts, the upper cover cloth can be fixed onto the seat frame.
