PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make settable an umbrella in the state of not obstructing operation, to facilitate mounting and detaching and to make freely adjustable the height or the umbrella by setting a freely extensible handle part to fit into a fixing tool at one end of the handle of the umbrella. SOLUTION: The freely extensible handle part 3 to be fitted into the fixing tool 10 is set at one end of the handle 2 of the umbrella 1. The part 3 is extended and contracted multistepwise by operating a hook 4. The part 3 has a shape to be fitted into the inside of the fixing tool 10, which is installed at a pipe frame 21 of the upper stage of the bicycle 20 and a pipe frame 22 of the lower stage via a fixture 23. The tool 10 is cylindrically formed to fit the base part of the umbrella 1 inside. An angle adjusting mechanism 11 is installed on one side surface of the tool 10. The mechanism 11 is formed of a plane part 12 arranged on the side surface of the tool 10, a long hole 13 provided in the center of the part 12, a bolt/nut 14 mounted into the hole 13, and a washer 15.
