SOLUTION: This substrate for adhering microorganisms comprises a hollow body having a structure, in which inside cavities lead to the outside by a suction opening and a lot of continuous holes, and a substrate material installed so that it covers an area where the continuous holes of the hollow body are arranged, and is capable of reducing the inside of the cavity by sucking a fluid in the cavities to the outside from the opening. Microorganisms are adhered to the substrate 31 by dipping the substrate 31 into a solution of the microorganisms and reducing the pressure inside of the cavities in the substrate. The microorganisms adhered to the substrate 31 by dipping the substrate 31 into a solution of the microorganism and reducing the inside of the cavities in the substrate are brought to be the microorganisms immobilized on the substrate.
