PURPOSE:To hold a soft member held with a metallic frame flatly by forming the holding part of a green sheet and that of the metallic frame independently, respectively, and holding the metallic frame by moving either the holding parts on one side and sucking the green sheet. CONSTITUTION:When an air cylinder 16 is moved in a direction of X1, a positioning pin 10 is moved in a direction of Y1, and a positioning pin 11 in a direction of Y2, and a metallic frame holder 4 is moved in a direction of Z1, and the rear of the green sheet 1 is set at height conforming to the surface of a suction board 3. The sheet 1 held with the metallic frame 2 is placed on the suction board 3, and a cylinder 20 is operated in a direction of Y, and rollers 17, 18 are inserted to the end face of the metallic frame 2, and a V-shape groove 2a is positioned at the positioning pin 10, and the end face of the metallic frame on the other side is positioned at the positioning pin 11. After that, when vacuum suction is performed via a suction hole 23, the rear of the sheet 1 can be sucked flatly without functioning unnatural stress. The above case is for the suction of the rear, however, surface suction is performed in a reverse operation. |
