A workstation for microbiological tests contains a dispenser head for receiving and dosing small samples of liquids. Said dispenser head is mounted on a cross member and can be displaced in a vertical and horizontal direction by means of regulating motors. The cross member is connected to a base plate by mounting columns, said base plate also supporting a sample container which can be displaced crosswise in relation to the dispenser head, for supplying a sample, and an object support onto which the dosed samples are output. The samples can be collected and deposited fully automatically and with a high degree of precision. The base plate also supports additional units such as a cleaning bath for the capillaries of the dispenser head and a position calibration unit and an optical control unit for the capillaries. |
