PURPOSE:To discriminate between item names which needs to be called and item contents which need not be called although they are the same character data by providing an inhibition indicating means which inhibits character data from being written in a text when stored data are read out. CONSTITUTION:When list item names and input contents which are the same character data are read out to a memory, the part of the input contents are sandwiched between control marks for inhibiting calling so as to discriminate between the both. Therefore, when a list frame constituted in specific format wherein character data, etc., coexist is read out of the memory, the item names which need to be called and the item contents which need not be called can be made distinctive although they are the same character data. |
