The invention concerns an anti-germinating method for tubers and bulbs consisting in applying on said tubers and bulbs a treatment composition based on an active principle selected among eugenol, a eugenol salt fit for human consumption, isoeugenol, an isoeugenol salt fit for human consumption and their mixtures.
