PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig with which continuity inspection of high reliability can be performed and whose durability is high by a method wherein, when the inspection electrode of the inspection jig is pressed to an object, to be inspected, so as to perform the continuity inspection, the oxide film on the surface of an aluminum electrode of the object to be inspected is broken through easily. SOLUTION: An inspection electrode 21 is formed on one face of an insulating substrate 16, and a wiring layer 19 is formed on the other face. The inspection electrode 21 and the wiring layer 19 are connected electrically. The inspection electrode 21 has a two-stage structure, which is composed of a tip electrode 14 and a base electrode 18. The tip electrode 14 is formed of a conductor metal whose hardness is high and moreover made sharp.
