PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a fluidized medium vibrating load in a fluidized bed highly accurately and contrive safe operation while securing the healthy property of a structure in the fluidized bed, by a method wherein a heat transfer tube is provided with a strength in accordance with a fluidizing vibration load based on a pressure gradient formed at every places in the height wise direction of the fluidized bed while the pressure gradient in the fluidized bed is detected. SOLUTION: Combustion air flows through an air supplying pipe 13 and is induced into a fluidized bed in a fluidized bed case 2, formed in a pressure vessel 1, then, is burnt together with fuel supplied from a burner 9 and generates combustion gas. As a result, feed water in a heat transfer tube 8 is heated and is vaporized while the steam is supplied into a steam turbine through a steam discharging pipe 19. In this case, a bubble elevating speed is operated based on the measured value of a pressure difference meter 20, while the root-mean-square value of the fluidizing vibration load of a fluidized medium is operated based on the measured value of a layer height meter 21. When the detection value of the fluidizing vibration load detector 16 has exceeded an allowable range, respective regulating vales 23, 24 of a fluidizing medium supplementing pipe and a drain pipe are opened to replace the fluidizing medium.
