Tool is formed with die panel (2) and punch panel (1). Mat (3) is placed between 2 panels such as trims (5) to be disposed off are placed between boss (4) and disposal holes (6). Two panels close against gas-tight units (9) placed along peripheral edge so that air within tight space encourages release of trims. Larger disposal holes (11) collect trims that didn't enter disposal holes (6).
