PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fixing part to have an accurately assemblable structure and to prevent unrequired resonance by recessing and forming a damper agent filling part, integrally forming an elastic piece inside the part, fixing one end of a wire, filling a damper agent and burying the elastic piece. SOLUTION: The respective wires 35 are inserted by being guided by a guide part 25 and an attaching part and stretched between the attaching part and a groove part 25a. In the state of holding the respective wires 35, a base 11 and a lens holder at prescribed positions, an ultraviolet ray setting adhesive material is applied inside the respective groove parts 25a, irradiated with ultraviolet rays and strongly fixed. Since the elastic piece 22 is molded integrally with the base 11, the wires 35 are accurately positioned. Then, after the end part 35b of the wire 35 is strongly fixed to the attaching part of the lens holder by applying the same ultraviolet ray setting adhesive material and irradiating it with the ultraviolet rays, the damper agent is filled in the entire recessed part 20 and filled between the elastic piece 22 and two stoppers 23 and 24.
