PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high processing speed and a low cost for a push-pull output circuit or the like and a communication integrated circuit and a communication system or the like. SOLUTION: The push-pull output circuit includes, e.g. N-channel output MOSFETs N3, N6 provided to a power supply voltage VDD and a ground potential VSS of an output external terminal OUT. In this case, one or a plurality of N channel MOSFETs N4, N5 that are configured to be a diode form by commonly coupling, e.g. gates and drains are provided to a series form of the output MOSFETs N3, N6.
