PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inversion of a casing with drawer with simple structure and without enlarging the casing. SOLUTION: An inversion preventing leg 5 stored in a easing 1 so that it is retractable and pull-out preventing boards 6 which are oppositely arranged on the front end parts of drawers 2 installed in the easing 1 and which can freely move between an inhibition position inhibiting the pull-out of the drawers 2 to the front and a releasing position detached from the inhibition position and is removed from the drawers 2 along a front face are installed. A recessed part 9 exposed to a front-side when the inversion preventing leg 5 is pulled out is installed on the outer face 8 of the inversion preventing leg 5. An engagement part 15 positioned in the inhibition position when it is engaged with the outer face 8 of the inversion preventing leg 5 and positioned in the releasing position when it is engaged with the recessed part 9 of the inversion preventing leg 5 is installed in the pull-out preventing boards 6.
