PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction regulator for air conditioner which is suitable for forming a more comfortable environment in a room when a ceiling air conditioner is installed to the ceiling of the room. SOLUTION: The main body 1 of a wind direction regulator which is attached to the air outlet 10a of a ceiling air conditioner 10 is composed of a long groove body 2. which is formed by bending a plate-like hygroscopic substrate in a long grooved shape and has openings at both ends and a pair of attaching face sections 3 and 4 which are formed on both side walls 200 and 201 of the body 2 by bending the sections 200 and 201. In addition, the groove body 2 is formed in such a way that, when the attaching face sections 3 and 4 are attached to the edge section of the air outlet 10a, the inside bottom face section 203 of the body 2 is positioned immediately below the air outlet 10a.
