PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit miniaturization of a board itself by effective utilization of the board space itself as well as to eliminate generation of electrical short. SOLUTION: A base board 3, in a part of which a bent member 4 for being bent in mounting to an instrument is provided; a cover-lay which has a specified opening 5 corresponding to the bent member 4 and which covers the base board 3; connectors 6 arranged close to the bent member 4; plated leads 2a to 2c formed on the base board 3; and check lands 1a to 1c which are arranged in regions of the cover-lay that corresponds to the opening 5 corresponding to the bent member 4, one-side ends of which are connected to the plated leads 2a to 2c while the other ends are connected to the connectors 6, and longitudinal length of which is wider than the width of the opening 5; are provided.
