PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve use efficiency of an input/output control means by increasing the number of output ports without increasing the number of hardware. SOLUTION: This device has a data recording and reproducing means 40 and an input output control means 50 which can access randomly the data recording and reproducing means, the input output control means 50 is constituted of plural control sections 52, 54 which record outer data by the data recording and reproducing means, while output data reproduced by the data recording and reproducing means to the outside. A first control section 52 has interface sections 52A-53C of an input output selection type performing exchanging information with the outside. A second control section 54 has only interface sections 54A-54C being exclusive for output outputting reproduced data to the outside. Thus, input and output from 4-input 4-output to 0-input 8-output can be freely selected. As constitution of the second control section is simple, a scale of hard-ware can be reduced.
