PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute read or the like of ID information by realizing a structure which can surely detect throwing-in of plural ID tags. SOLUTION: In this device, a wrist band W (ID tag) is held between a carrying belt 13 of an upper carrying part 10 which can be moved vertically and is pressed downward by an elastic body 15 and a carrying belt 23 of a lower carrying part 20 and is carried. The upper carrying part 10 is moved in the vertical direction in accordance with the throwing-in state (thickness) of the wrist band W, and its extent of movement of monitored by a sensor 17 for stroke detection. If plural wrist bands W are simultaneously thrown in, the stroke of the upper carrying part 10 is detected by the sensor 15 for stroke detection beyond a prescribed value, and then, carrying directions of carrying belts 13 and 23 are inverted to return plural thrown-in wrist bands W. |
