PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a selector valve and make it inexpensive. SOLUTION: As the flow in of the return oil in a spool chamber 46 through passage 85 to the inside space 84 of a stepping motor 69 is allowed, in order to obstruct the flow in of the oil to the inside space of a electric motor, an oil seal interposed between the output shaft and seal up ring is not required and consequently, the loss (consumption) of the generation torque of the electric motor by the friction resistance between the output shaft and oil seal is eliminated. Thus, the stepping motor 69 with a small capacity is sufficient.
