PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure traveling to a goal in safety while limiting output to a drive wheel upon occurrence of an abnormality in the drive system or the control system of a hybrid car. SOLUTION: A T/M-ECU 24 is provided with signal lines 24b-24g for delivering signal to a logic circuit of respective control circuit independently from a multiplex communication line 30. Upon occurrence of an abnormality in an HEV-ECU system, a command is delivered from the T/M-ECU 24 in place of the HEV-ECU 20 through the signal lines 24b-24g in order to stop an engine 1 and to shift the controller 21 for a motor A to low speed rotation control and to shift the controller 22 for a motor B depending on the speed change position of a power conversion mechanism and the accelerator operation.
