PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a circuit for forming a new system which is low-priced and has a longer feeding distance by involving an inverter on a power supply side, connecting a series resonance capacitor to a transmission line, forming a series resonance circuit from the series resonance capacitor and an inductance, and passing high-frequency current through a transmission line. SOLUTION: A transmission line 10 is connected to a mid part (a) between the emitter side of a transistor Tr1 and the collector side of a transistor Tr2 and to a middle part (b) between the emitter side of a transistor Tr3 and the collector side of a transistor Tr4. With a series resonance capacitor C2 connected to the transmission line 10, a series resonance circuit is formed by the series resonance capacitor C2 and the inductance of the transmission line 10. The transmission line 10 is provided with a current value detecting circuit 11, which sends a detected current value to a control circuit 12. The control circuit 12 controls an inverter 3 based on the current detected value of the transmission line 10. It is thus possible to simplify a circuit and form a new system which is low-priced and has a longer feeding distance. |
