摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent surface for cathode-ray tube having excellent evenness while arranging a phosphor part for emitting the predetermined color light between the blackening material having excellent straight characteristic formed at a relatively small width. SOLUTION: In this method of forming a fluorescent surface for cathode-ray tube, three processes of exposure are performed to a photosensitive resin formed on a glass panel 11 so that the exposure of each three process is performed by radiating the light passing through an aperture grille from at least two different directions to a photosensitive resin film 12, and development is performed to the photosensitive resin film 12 after exposing it so as to eliminate parts of the photosensitive resin layer 12, in which quantity of exposure dose not achieve the predetermined value, so as to form a resin layer part 12', and thereafter, the blackening material 16 is coated on the glass panel 11 formed with the resin layer 12', and the resin layer 12' is eliminated with the blackening material 16 coated thereon so as to form black parts 16' of the residual blackening material, and phosphor parts for emitting the predetermined color light are formed between the black parts 16' on the glass panel 11.
