Then, in a control circuit 8 for inputting the output signal of the temperature sensors 7 and 10, a dew-point temperature TR1 at a predetermined moisture is calculated based on the indoor temperature T10 and at the same time it is judged which of a dew-point temperature TR (= dew-point temperature TR1) to be compared and a suction temperature T7 is higher. In the case of T7>TR=TR1, an electric flow rate control valve 12 is driven in an opening direction. On the other hand, in the case of T7<TR=TR1, the electric flow rate control valve 12 is controlled in a closing direction.
