PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sorting of paper sheets by an operator from being complicated because of intermingled paper sheets consisting of reception recording paper and reports such as communication management reports whose size is A4. SOLUTION: A control section 5 stores a communication result of communication to a nonvolatile storage section 7 every time communication is conducted. The control section 5 starts an automatic output of a communication management report when a prescribed number of communication results are stored in the nonvolatile storage section 7. In the case that the result of selection with respect to a communication management report indicates A4 size laterally placed paper without 90-degree rotation, a communication management report is outputted when the nonvolatile storage section 7 stores the communication result by 50 communication events. When the communication management report indicates A4 size laterally placed paper with 90-degree rotation, a communication management report is outputted when the nonvolatile storage section 7 stores the communication result by 35 communication events. Furthermore, when the communication management report indicates A4 size longitudinally placed paper without 90-degree rotation, a communication management report is outputted when the nonvolatile storage section 7 stores the communication result by 35 communication events.
