The undertray has a deep cavity (17) of approximately U-shape near the front end, in which an eddy (28) can form. The front side of the cavity is nearly vertical while the rear side (23) slopes to the rear at a considerable angle to the vertical. The rear side of the front cavity blends into a downwardly convex section leading to the gently upward sloping front side (24) of a shallow cavity (20) in which a small eddy can form. The downward sloping rear side (25) of this cavity forms the wall of the ejector slot (12).
