The information communication technique transfers information from a base station to a number of peripheral stations. The reservation of information time is divided up into lengths and transmitted over time intervals. The access request for information has a real attribution sequence to the peripheral communication. Each arbitration sequence has an active and passive part. A detection phase (E5) finds when another station is transmitting at the same time. If an interruption is found (E6) then a delay is introduced and the actual transmission carried out on the next cycle, otherwise the active arbitration sequence is sent.
