PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable correct writing connection and to improve a grade of recorded signals by recording address information on an information area with a wobble two-phase modulated in an area which does not mutually overlap with a recording position of address information in a track in the radial direction of a disk and recording the wobble with non-modulation in the residual area. SOLUTION: A track is formed so that 2πTp (a track pitch)/λ(a wavelength of a wobble) becomes nearly even number times of 0.5, an area wherein three or more address information corresponding to an information area enter in the length direction of the information area is provided, address information is recorded with the wobble 180 deg. two-phase modulated in an area which does not mutually overlap with a recording position of address information in the track adjacent to the inner and outer peripheral sides of an optical disk 10 among areas in the radial direction of the disk 10, and the wobble is recorded with non-modulation in the residual area. Thus, although amplitude of detected wobble signals is fluctuated owing to crosstalk of wobble signals from both adjacent tracks, its phase fluctuation becomes nearly a minimum, the phase modulation is not generated and a major clock is generated. |
