PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the weight of a movable magnetic pole member and to increase vibration quantity by arranging an adjusting member made of a flexible elastic member at a movable side or a fixed side not so as to exceed the stress limit of a spring due to impact such as fall. SOLUTION: A movable magnetic pole member 23 in which an auxiliary weight made of tungsten alloy is forcedly fitted to its center and a cut-machined suspending groove 23b is provided is suspended by a spring body 77 forcedly inserted into the suspending groove 23b through a receiving part 77a. An adjusting member 8 made of a vertically projecting flexible elastic rubber body is inserted into the spring body 77 to prevent the body 77 from largely vertically being moved uselessly even when impact such as fall is applied. That is, upward movement is received by a bobbin 33a wound with an exciting coil 33 and downward movement is received by the cover 1a of a resin case 1. Then, the spring body 77 can maintain the form of the movable magnetic pole member 23 satisfactorily without exceeding a stress limit even if the member 33 is made considerably heavy in weight.
