PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer which reduces the number of times of the remeasurement of absorbancy data and enables a wide range of clinical evaluation by storing the measured absorbancy data of a specimen sample and operating concn., on the basis of the absorbancy data after the measurement of the absorbancy data. SOLUTION: Measured absorbancy data is stored in an absorbancy data memory part 60a. Thereafter, the absorbancy data is read from the absorbancy data memory part 60a by a control part 60d, and concn. is calculated on the basis of the read absorbancy data by an calculation processing part 60b to obtain a concn. value, which is in turn stored in a concn. value memory part 60c. When a reoperation command for performing the calculation of concn. again is given to the control part 60d, the concn. calculation is again performed on the basis of the absorbancy data stored in the absorbancy data memory part 60a, without performing the measurement of the absorbancy data again, and this concn. value is stored in the concn. value memory part 60c.
