PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain good abrasion resistance by incorporating a resin composed of a polycarbonate having specified structural units. SOLUTION: The binder resin of the photosensitive layer is composed of the polycarbonate having the structural units represented by formulae I and II and the structural units of formula I have a 10-50 mol% of the total structural units of formula I and an intrinsic viscosity of 0.30-2.0 dl/g. In formulae I and II, each of R1-R4 is an H, F, Cl, or Br, or a 1-5C alkyl group or the like, or one of these C atoms may be substituted by 1-5 alkyl or 2-5C alkenyl group, or an F atom; X is a group represented by formula III; each of R5-R6 is a ha or a 1-5C alkyl or such alkoxy or 6-12C aryl group or the like or each may combine with each other to form a C ring or the like; and (a) is an integer of 0-20.
