PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain accurate phase compensation even under an environment where frequency selective fading takes place. SOLUTION: A pilot carrier extract means 104 extracts a pilot carrier from a received signal and divides it into each carrier, level detectors 105-108 detect a reception level of each pilot carrier, and a carrier selector 109 outputs reception levels of carriers other than the pilot carrier whose reception level is decreased due to the effect of frequency fading or the like to an averaging device 110, which applies averaging processing to the reception levels, an arc tangent arithmetic unit 111 calculates a phase rotation amount of the received signal on the basis of the received levels and a phase compensation device 112 applies phase compensation to the received signal on the basis of the phase rotation amount.
