PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory IC card where a secret key peculiar to the memory IC card can be relatively easily and inexpensively stored in such form that its forging may be difficult. SOLUTION: A data storage circuit 20 consisting of a flash memory where data is stored, an input/output buffer 21 which is connected to an electrode terminal of the memory IC card, an authentication control circuit 22 which authenticates whether a destination device is valid or not before data recording and read, a secret key storage circuit 23 consisting of a flash memory where the secret key peculiarly given to the memory IC card is stored, a probing pad 25 as a connection terminal which uses a probe to input the secret key, and a write control circuit 24 which stores the secret key in the secret key storage circuit 23 based on a signal from the probing pad 25 are formed in an IC chip incorporated in the memory IC card. |
