PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated piezoelectric actuator in which the electric connection of metal electrodes can be maintained surely and for a long period and which can increase a displacement amount. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric actuator is provided with a plurality of laminated piezoelectric plates. In addition, it is provided with a first electrode connection body 2 and a second electrode connection body 3 in which a plurality of metal electrodes 6 are connected by beltlike connection members 7. The beltlike connection members 7 at the first electrode connection body 2 and the beltlike connection members 7 at the second electrode connection body 3 are bent to be arch-shaped. In addition, the metal electrodes 6 at the first electrode connection body 2 and the metal electrodes 6 at the second electrode connection body 3 are interposed and placed alternately between the plurality of piezoelectric plates via respective conductive adhesive layers 9. In this case, the beltline connection members 7 are formed in such a way that low Young's- modulus layers 7a whose material is identical to that of the metal electrodes 6 and high Young's-modulus layers 7b whose Young's modulus is higher than that of the metal electrodes 6 are laminated. |
