PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certification information support system for strengthening user support mainly for reducing complexity in the input operation of connection information for connections to plural servers on a network. SOLUTION: When performing the connection to a certain server 3 on the network where plural servers 3 and 4 exist, by inputting only one kind of personal identification information on each user, at the time point when the personal certification is completed, the connection information on the server to be connected is retrieved out of a connection information group, the required connection information is transmitted to a certain server and the connection to the servers 3 and 4 is completed. |
