PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide stress sensor which can measure a stress size without being influenced by electromagnetic noises from a measurement environment. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide stress sensor is constituted of an optical waveguide substrate 6 with an optical waveguide, the optical waveguide 7, a correlation-measuring instrument 8 for measuring a correlation of two signals, a laser diode 9, a rectangular wave modulation power source 10 for driving the laser diode 9, optical fibers 11, 12 and 13, and photodiodes 14 and 15 for detecting optical signals. |
