PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-core optical fiber, an optical fiber cable, and an optical fiber cable with a plug, having a small bending loss and transmission loss and having wide band width. SOLUTION: A plastic multi-core optical fiber is provided with a sea and island structure formed by integrating two or more kinds of island parts with different diameters through a sea part 3 while separating them from each other, wherein the island parts are arranged so that the diameters of the islands disposed at the outer circumferential part are less than those of the islands disposed at the central part. An optical fiber cable is constituted by forming a coating layer on the outer circumference of the optical fiber. An optical fiber with a plug is constituted by arranging a plug on at least one end of the optical fiber cable.
